Azul Tequila is a family-owned Mexican restaurant on School Street in Gorham, Maine — a vibrant, generous spot where the birria tacos are an obsession and the margaritas are worth the trip alone.

We love it here. Food is amazing and the staff very friendly. Didn't have to wait long for our food after ordering. Had the nachos supreme to start and they were loaded with shredded chicken. I got the birra tacos and the beef was tender and flavorful. My date had the enchiladas which I got to taste and they were also delicious.

I’ve been getting takeout here at the end of my work week for months. I’ve been obsessed with their birria tacos and my partner usually gets a custom chicken burrito. Both are always hits! My orders are always timely and well packaged, and the employees have always been very kind. My favorite Mexican food in Maine by far!
